Send Files

Using this page you can send files we may need in order to produce your products. These may include: Graphics, Text, Photos, Your Designs, Logos, Lettering Styles, etc. You may also send files through regular email, however, this is sometimes unreliable due to the file size limits of email. We also accept files via USPS, UPS, FedEx etc.

We may or may not be able to utilize your files. Not all file types are compatible with our software, or you may not have prepared them correctly for our use. If sending files, it is your responsibility to prepare them in an acceptable manner for professional graphics production. We charge for making changes to customers files where applicable. Follow our Art Prep Guidelines when setting up your files.

Native program files we accept:

Illustrator
Freehand
Coreldraw
Photoshop

File extensions we accept:

.eps
.tif
.jpeg
.psd
.pdf
.txt (text files only-NO graphics)
.doc (text files only-NO graphics)

IMPORTANT: All fonts must be converted to outline/paths before sending.

We use a third party service for transfering files. It is fast, secure and allows for very large file transfers.

If you know how to compress your files using the .zip or .sit methods, please do so. If you are usure, then send them anyway. We will inform you of any problems.

After receiving your files we will send you an email notice. Email is not 100% reliable. Therefore, you may wish to call if you do not receive an email confirmation within an hour.

When you are ready to send your files click the SEND FILES button.
