Banner Specifications:

We manufacture only the highest quality banners to withstand normal weather conditions excluding winds exceeding 45 mph. Excessively strong and sustained winds will damage any banners we or others may be able to produce.

Banners are available in custom sizes. Our most popular sizes are 24"x60" and 30"x60". These sizes will allow for maximum readability and optimum space for sponsor information.

We offer two types of banner material:

Reinforced Vinyl

Choose this material when your design contains full color, few or many color options and each banner will have a different sponsor name. All banners are digitally printed using the finest outdoor durable processes. Banners are made from 13 ounce matte vinyl, structurally reinforced with polyester webbing embedded into the material. Banners are double thick and allow for double sided display. Double stitched hems are provided all around.

Fabric Banners featuring Sunbrella brand material

Use this material when your design contains one to three colors on a background color and all banners are the same design. Sunbrella is decorated with screenprinting methods. Sunbrella is the most recognized name in outdoor tent and awning material. Sunbrella has long been preferred for it's elegant cloth appeal, color-fast appearance and durability. Some lighter colors require double thick meterial with light blocking material sandwiched between surfaces. There are many colors to choose from. Click here to viewsample color chart.
